Inspired by Glasgow’s famous Barras Market, a vibrant hub where historic heritage meets modern culture, our blend is our contemporary take on a traditional Lady Grey tea.
We’ve taken the blueprint of a classic Lady Grey and modernized it for today's palate. The result is a beautifully balanced brew featuring a refreshing, sweet orange note that is bright and natural, never perfumy and never artificial.

Shortly after harvesting, the leaves are gently steamed to stop the tea from oxidising and lock in their brilliant emerald colour, vital antioxidants, and pure, lively character.
This tea has a green freshness to it; but in the best way possible.

Brewing Instructions
Because authentic Japanese Sencha is delicate, boiling water will scorch the leaves and cause bitterness. To let those aromatic, sweet notes shine:
Water Temp: 80°C (let your kettle sit off the boil for a few minutes or add some cold water)
Steep Time: 2 minutes
Infusions: Don't throw the leaves away after one cup! Sencha can be steeped 2–3 times, with each cup revealing a slightly different side of its flavour profile. Any future steeps should be brewed at a higher temperature.

We’ve united a robust black tea base with real cocoa nibs, warming ginger, traditional chai spices, and a fiery kick of real chili. The result is a beautifully complex cup that balances decadent chocolate undertones with a lingering, spirited heat.
