Brewing Instructions
Because authentic Japanese Sencha is delicate, boiling water will scorch the leaves and cause bitterness. To let those aromatic, sweet notes shine:
Water Temp: 70°C to 80°C (let your kettle sit off the boil for a few minutes)
Steep Time: 1 to 2 minutes
Infusions: Don't throw the leaves away after one cup! Good Sencha can be steeped 2–3 times, with each cup revealing a slightly different side of its flavour profile. Any future steeps can be brewed at a higher temperature.

Glasgow is a place built on community and unparalleled hospitality, and I want to create the tea that fuels it. I’m not here to build a faceless corporation; I want to create a brand that grows, adapts, and evolves directly with you and your desires.
